Information you give us. When you book an evaluation, purchase a service, subscribe to our emails or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred location, appointment date and time, and the answers you provide in our evaluation form.
Health and skin information. To prepare your evaluation safely, our form may ask about your skin type, previous treatments, medications, skin conditions or pregnancy. You choose what to share, and this information is treated with special care as described in Section 3.
Payment information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you browse our website we may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring website, through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

It is accessible only to your Soma specialist and to the service providers strictly needed to operate our bookings. We never sell it and never use it for advertising.

We use cookies to make our website work (for example, your cart and checkout), to understand how visitors use the site, and, with your permission where required, for marketing purposes.
