Booking & Cancellation Policy

We hold every appointment with care, so each one is reserved exclusively for you. These terms help us keep our schedule fair for every client.

1. Your private evaluation

An evaluation is required before your first treatment. The $100 evaluation fee is paid when you book online and secures your appointment.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your evaluation or treatment once, at no cost, with at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment may receive a full refund or a credit toward a future visit. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

4. Late arrivals and missed appointments

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable, and for treatment packages the session will be counted as used.

5. Treatment packages

Packages of sessions are personal and non-transferable, and are designed to be completed within 12 months of purchase, following the schedule recommended by your specialist. Requests regarding unused sessions are reviewed individually.

6. Your safety comes first

If your specialist determines that a treatment is not safe or suitable for you at the time of your appointment, it may be postponed or adjusted. In that case, your payment will be applied to a future visit or to a suitable alternative.
